With its tremendous topographical diversity Kenya's climate varies greatly between the different geographical regions. The climate is hot and humid all year round with rainfall strongly seasonal but still varying in pattern, timing and extent. As a result of the easterly monsoon, most rain falls April to July with short rains between October and November.
Activities:
Kenya offers a diverse range of activities. Take a Microlight flight over the majestic Ambosli National Park or hike up Mt Kenya. Go on a balloon safari across the Masai Mara National Reserve, dive off the coastal towns such as Malindi and the Lamu Archipelago or just be lazy on the beach, and for the wild at heart try White Water Rafting on the blood-curdling Athi/Galana River |
